Small things / by Kendra Archer

Floating in a sea of lost memories and small moments, one of the hardest parts of being a photographer is choosing which images to keep and which to throw out. Eering on the side of caution will leave you with a catalogue of 10s if not 100s of thousands of photos. As I try to keep sorting out the bulk I end up in front of photos I haven't seen in years, and places I haven't thought of in just as long.

These are the banal shots that come with having a camera constantly on your side, the images you're not sure why you keep - you have nothing to "really" use them for, but they somehow stick around.
